• In the following cases, as a result of visiting a veterinary hospital, we will respond in good faith, so please contact our cattery within 24 hours. ​

• If it is clear that it will not lead to death and interfere with normal life, as a result of discussions with our cattery and the owner, even if the owner treats the transfer cat for the rest of its life, the transfer cat will not be able to If you choose to live, we will not be responsible for any subsequent treatment costs.

   

• Compensation for item (4) is compensation for preferential introduction of kittens at the time of the next birth, and does not guarantee a replacement cat.

   

• Obtain medical certificates from two or more veterinary hospitals. Even if you submit a medical certificate from one veterinary hospital, we will not accept it.

VII. Supplements purchased at pet shops, online shops, veterinary hospitals, etc.
