• If an abnormality is found in the cat's health, just like humans, the fastest way to recover is to visit a veterinary hospital in an emergency.

• In the following cases, as a result of visiting a veterinary hospital, we will respond in good faith, so please contact our cattery within 24 hours. ​

   

• Within 30 days from the date of establishment of transferIn addition, as a result of having the transfer cat undergo a health checkup at a partner animal hospital before the transfer was completed, no congenital disease or serious illness was found on the day of the examination, and after the transfer was completed, the transfer cat fell into poor physical condition. ,If, as a result of examination at a veterinary hospital, it is discovered that the animal has died or has a clear serious illness that interferes with normal life due to a congenital disease that had already occurred before the transfer.assumes the liability for defect warranty under the Civil Code as follows.

• Defect warranty liability means that the breeder (seller) was not clear at the time when the breeder (seller) received a medical examination at an animal hospital before the transfer was completed (transfer date), but after the transfer was completed, the physical condition of the transfer cat was confirmed. • If it is clear that it will not lead to death and interfere with normal life, as a result of discussions with our cattery and the owner, even if the owner treats the transfer cat for the rest of its life, the transfer cat will not be able to If you choose to live, we will not be responsible for any subsequent treatment costs.

   

• Compensation for item (4) is compensation for preferential introduction of kittens at the time of the next birth, and does not guarantee a replacement cat.

   

• Obtain medical certificates from two or more veterinary hospitals. Even if you submit a medical certificate from one veterinary hospital, we will not accept it.

◇Death due to not receiving medical treatment from a veterinarian at a veterinary hospital despite the discovery of abnormal health conditions.

◇Death due to a traffic accident, etc.

◇Death due to breeding and management contrary to the breeding explanation at the time of contract.

◇Death due to undeveloped living environment and unsanitary conditions according to characteristics.

III.  Round-trip transportation expenses to the hospital

VI.  Research expenses for investigating the cause (including new drugs), hospitalization expenses, treatment expenses, etc.

VII. Supplements purchased at pet shops, online shops, veterinary hospitals, etc.
